Push, email, SMS and WhatsApp
Campaigns straight from the dashboard, to the right member, at the right time.
Send push, email, SMS and WhatsApp without leaving the platform. Segment by behavior — past due, inactive, birthday — over the same member base, and see who came back.
Anatomy of churn
Nobody cancels all at once
A cancellation is the end of a sequence that started weeks earlier — and every step of it has a date. The platform already knows those dates: the campaign is built on them.
-
Day 0
The card is declined.
The charge falls into a silent decline. Nobody tells the member, so they carry on assuming everything is fine.
SMS + email
The automatic retry goes first. If that doesn't fix it, a short message goes out with a link to update the card — while it's still a card problem, not a relationship problem.
-
Day 3
They don't show up.
They missed their usual session, at their usual time. In a class of 12 that's obvious; in a gym of 400, nobody sees it.
Push
“Your Tuesday 7pm spot is still open.” The push goes out through the app under your brand, and the booking is one tap away.
-
Day 12
They're gone.
Two weeks with no check-in. This is where the habit breaks — and where most businesses lose the member without noticing they lost them.
WhatsApp
The audience “no check-in for two weeks” already exists in your base, with no list to export. The campaign goes out over official WhatsApp and the conversation carries on one-to-one in the CRM.
-
Day 45
They cancel.
By the time the cancellation request arrives, the decision was made a month earlier. Cancelling is just the paperwork.
Email + offer
There's still room: a win-back campaign with credit or a smaller plan, segmented by who left in the last few months. Cheaper than winning a new member.
The decline is in finance. The absence is in bookings. The cancellation is in the plan. The campaign guesses nothing: it just turns each of those dates into a send.

Results metrics
Open rate, conversion and — the one that really matters — reactivation: how many of the people who got the campaign actually came back to train. It’s the number that separates a campaign that works from firing in the dark, and it’s what decides where you spend next month.
Frequently asked questions about campaigns
Do I need the app to send campaigns?
Only for push, which arrives through the app under your brand. Email, SMS and WhatsApp go out from the same dashboard without depending on the app, and you pick the right channel for each message and each audience.
Do I need to export lists or pay for a separate email tool?
No. Campaigns run on the base the platform already has, the same one behind your bookings, sales and finance. You build the audience and send from right there, with no duplicate records.
Can I leave a campaign scheduled to go out on its own?
You can. You set the date and time and the send happens with nobody in front of the dashboard — the birthday campaign, for example, goes out on the right day to the people celebrating.
What does the reactivation metric tell me?
Who received the campaign and came back. Together with opens and conversions, it's the number that separates a campaign that works from firing in the dark.
Do campaigns talk to finance and bookings?
They do. It's the same base: who's past due comes from finance, who's gone quiet comes from bookings. You segment on that data without integrating anything.
What about WhatsApp?
It plays two roles. In campaigns, it's a send channel like push, email and SMS — over the same segmented base, through official WhatsApp (Meta's API), with no risk of getting banned. And in the CRM, it's still the channel for one-on-one conversation: the campaign brings the member in, the relationship carries on over the same number.
