An app under your brand

Your studio's app, with your name, not ours.

A member and coach app, with your visual identity. We publish it to the stores and keep it up to date — you don't touch any technical part.

The member app under the studio's brand: schedule, spot map and check-in in the hand of whoever trains.

Not a generic app. It's yours.

The difference between an app under your brand and an app under the vendor's brand fits in one table. You don't open a developer account with Apple or Google, and the app doesn't grow old sitting in the store.

What the app delivers

From member to coach, with your brand on screen.

  1. Member app

Members buy the plan, book the slot with a spot map, check in and manage their own bookings — all in the app.

  2. Coach app

Workout prescription from an exercise library, with the member's history. (Automatic productivity-based pay calculation is still evolving.)

  3. Your brand

Your logo, colors, name and copy. The app shows up with your studio's identity, not ours.

  4. Published by us

We handle the App Store and Google Play with our developer account: submission, approval and maintenance. In the stores, the app appears under your name.

  5. Always up to date

We update the app roughly every two months. No app left to age on the store.

  6. Direct channel

Push notifications, a feed and announcements to talk straight to the member, without relying on email alone.

The app that grows your revenue.

With the app on the phone's home screen, members buy and book on their own, in the moment, without going through the front desk — and the average ticket tends to rise. A good share of sales shifts over to it, and the app becomes a real revenue channel.

Do you need the app right now?

Here's the honest take: you don't need the app to operate. The website on your own domain already sells plans, books slots and charges through the phone's browser — for those just starting out, that's usually enough. The app comes in when the game shifts from acquisition to frequency: a base that's already recurring, the desire for a direct channel with the member, and your brand carrying weight in your offer. Since it's a separate product, you can add it later, without losing anything you've already built.

Frequently asked questions about the app

Do I need the app to start operating?

No. The website on your domain delivers the full journey through the phone's browser: discover, buy a plan or package, book with a spot map, check in and manage bookings, without installing anything. For many people, that's enough at the start.

Does the app carry my brand or yours?

Yours. The logo, colors, name and copy are yours; the app shows up with your studio's identity in the stores and on the member's screen.

Who publishes the app to the stores? Do I need an Apple or Google account?

We publish it on our own developer account — you don't create an Apple or Google account. In the stores, the app appears under your name and your brand; submission, approval and maintenance are on us.

Is the app updated after launch?

Yes. We update it roughly every two months, so it doesn't age, sitting still on the store.

Is there a coach app? What does it do?

There is. The coach prescribes workouts from an exercise library, with the member's history. Automatic productivity-based pay calculation is still evolving; today many operators structure that separately, using the platform's occupancy and retention data.

A good share of the people who train with me are 50+ and don't get along with apps. Is that a problem?

It doesn't have to be. The app is optional for the member: those who prefer keep going through the front desk or the website in the browser. The app adds for those who want it, without forcing anyone.

Is the app fully ready today?

It's in production and operating: the member and coach apps, brand personalization, check-in, workout prescription and progress tracking ('My workouts'), 100% operational. What's still evolving is the automatic calculation of coach pay by productivity — we'd rather tell you what's still coming than sell a date we can't meet.
