For networks and franchises
One platform, every unit.
Automatic royalty calculation, global plans, multi-unit management, role-based permissions and an app under your own brand, onboarding paid once, scales to the entire network.
The network from the inside
One account at the top, every unit in its place
These aren't several systems talking through an integration. It's a single structure: what the franchisor defines at the top flows down to the units, and each unit only ever sees its own line.
Network account
This is where the franchisor sets, once, what applies to everyone. No unit recreates any of it.
- Royalty rule
- Global plans
- Brand identity
- Franchisee acquisition CRM
- Consolidated reporting
-
Downtown unit
Each role logs in and sees only what the role allows. The franchisee sees the schedule, the sales and the finances of their own unit — not the whole network. The front desk sees even less, and that's exactly how it should be.
-
South-side unit
The plan created at the top applies here without being recreated. And the royalty is calculated on what this unit actually billed in the period, not on the contract estimate.
-
New unit, opened last month
It joined a structure that already existed: royalty rules, plans and brand identity were already in place. Onboarding was paid once by the network; here, all that changes is the monthly fee.
-
The network's second brand
Multi-brand on the same platform: each brand with its own address and its own face, running side by side — without turning into two systems that don't talk to each other at month's end.
That's why the end-of-month conversation with the franchisee stops being an argument about spreadsheets: both sides are looking at the same number, calculated on the same revenue.

What the network gets on the platform
Features built for franchisors and networks in growth mode.
-
Royalties calculated automatically
You set the rule once — percentage or fixed amount — and each unit's royalty is calculated on what it actually earned. Month-end with no spreadsheet and no arguing with franchisees.
-
One account, every unit
A master account with multiple units. Onboarding is paid once by the network; a new unit joins the same structure and just adjusts the monthly tier.
-
Everyone sees only their unit
Everyone sees only what their role allows: the franchisee sees only their own unit; the franchisor sees the whole network. Configurable roles: owner, manager, front desk, instructor.
-
Royalties on what actually came in
No more estimating from the contract. The report calculates royalties on what was actually charged and paid at each unit during the period.
-
CRM for franchisee acquisition
A centralized lead pipeline and follow-up, with assignment by unit. Built for the franchisor's sales team to work on bringing in new franchises.
-
App and site under the network's brand
The member downloads the app and books on your franchise's site, with the network's identity, not on a generic third-party address.
The second unit doesn't cost what the first one cost
Network onboarding is paid once: the base structure, the brand identity and the royalty rule are set up at the start and apply to whoever comes next. Each new unit joins that structure, and what changes is the monthly fee, not a new project. That's why the math on opening your fifth unit looks like the math on opening your second.
Frequently asked questions about networks and franchises
Is the royalty calculation automatic?
Yes. On every transaction, the system calculates and records the unit's royalty, following the rule you configured (percentage or fixed amount). The royalty report consolidates everything by period.
How does onboarding work for new units?
We onboard the network once: base structure, visual identity and royalty rules. Every new unit that joins inherits all of that; the extra cost is just the monthly tier adjustment. No re-rollout.
Is instructor commissioning also automatic?
Goal-based sales commissioning is partially implemented: goals and amounts are configured on the platform, but triggering the payout still requires manual review. We're not promising full automation here; we'd rather be honest about the current stage.
Does each franchisee see only their own unit?
Exactly. Role-based permissions ensure the franchisee only sees their own unit's data. The franchisor has consolidated access across all units. Granular roles (manager, front desk, instructor) are configurable per unit.
How do comps and benefits work across the network?
Comps and benefits can be configured per unit: the franchisor sets global rules (e.g., comps for founding members of the network) and each unit's manager can add local benefits. Everything is tracked in the benefits report.
