Finance without spreadsheets
Your finance, all in one place.
Receivables and payables, income statement, cash flow, advance on receivables and automatic invoicing, with the money landing straight in your own account. Integrated with sales and the CRM, no spreadsheet needed.
What your money does when nobody's watching
-
Payments scattered across card readers, personal Pix accounts and bank slips, with no consolidated view.
All payments in your own account, with a real-time receivables report.
-
Installment sales silently declined: the customer disappears and you never find out why.
Configurable antifraud and automatic retries recover the sale that would die in a silent decline.
-
Invoices issued one by one, manually, every time a plan is sold.
Invoices issued automatically on every sale, aligned with your accountant.
-
Overdue accounts only spotted after the plan has expired for weeks.
Overdue dashboard showing due dates and open declines in one view.
-
The month's result only lands at closing, assembled in the accountant's spreadsheet weeks later.
Income statement and cash flow ready in the platform, built on the money already flowing through it.
What's shipped today
Features currently available on the platform, no roadmap promises.
-
Receivables
A consolidated view of everything scheduled to come in: installments, monthly plans and one-off sales, with status per transaction.
-
Payables
Register expenses and recurring payments — rent, suppliers, payroll — and mark each bill as paid when you settle it. Money out organized next to money in.
-
Income statement
Your monthly result builds itself from the money already flowing through the platform. Revenue, cost and expense mapped to the chart of accounts you agreed with your accountant.
-
Cash flow
Money in and money out on the same timeline, with the balance projected ahead. You see the squeeze coming instead of meeting it on payment day.
-
Advance on receivables
Need cash? Advance the receivables from installment sales on demand. Available for card installments; it doesn't include recurring revenue.
-
Automatic invoicing
Service invoices issued automatically on every sale. Configure series, service code and issuing entity once.
-
Direct settlement to your account
Money lands in your business account, no intermediary. Credit card, debit and instant payment without a card reader, all through the built-in gateway.
-
High approval + antifraud
Antifraud you tune and automatic retries recover declined sales that, on other platforms, simply disappear. Across the migrations we follow, that usually gives back 3% to 4% of what the card was declining.
-
Receivables and overdue reports
See what's paid, pending and overdue. Spot delinquent members before the impact hits your cash flow.

Inside the report
This is the result that lands on the 1st
Everyone promises a “P&L without spreadsheets”. Few show you what the report actually looks like. This is the shape: seven lines, each coming from a specific place in the platform — and none of them typed by you.
| P&L line | Month |
|---|---|
| Gross revenue Plans, credit packs and one-off sales — what the gateway charged this month. | R$ 148,200 |
| (−) Service tax Calculated on the invoices issued, at the rate you set with your accountant. | − R$ 7,410 |
| = Net revenue | R$ 140,790 |
| (−) Direct costs Instructors, commissions and gateway fees, entered in accounts payable. | − R$ 52,000 |
| = Contribution margin | R$ 88,790 63% of net revenue |
| (−) Fixed expenses Rent, front-desk payroll, utilities, software — the recurring side of accounts payable. | − R$ 61,400 |
| = Result for the month | R$ 27,390 18.5% of gross revenue |
The figures above are illustrative and only show the shape of the report — they belong to no client. The honest caveat still stands: an expense that never passes through the platform won't show up in the P&L on its own. The more faithful your accounts payable, the more faithful the result. The chart of accounts is agreed with your accountant during onboarding, so these lines come out with whatever names the two of you settle on.
Frequently asked questions about finance
Where do payments land?
Straight into your gym or studio's bank account. There's no Angular e-Commerce intermediary account: the gateway settles into your registered bank. Payment fees are detailed in the proposal.
How does the advance on receivables work?
You request the advance on credit card installment sales whenever you need liquidity. The net amount (after the advance fee) is credited quickly. Important: the advance applies to installment sales, not to recurring monthly plan charges.
Does the income statement come ready, or do I have to build it?
It comes ready from what is already in the platform: revenue comes from sales and charges, costs come from payables, and everything lands in the chart of accounts you settle with your accountant during onboarding. The honest caveat: an expense that never passes through the platform will not appear on its own. The more faithful your payables, the more faithful the result — and cash flow, which runs on the same base, projects the balance ahead instead of only showing the past.
Does the platform issue invoices automatically?
Yes. Configure city/jurisdiction, fiscal series, tax rate and service code once. From there, invoices are issued per closed sale, or on demand if you prefer to review first. We align the setup with your accountant during onboarding.
Do you have automatic bank reconciliation?
Reconciliation is evolving. Today we support OFX statement import for manual reconciliation and integration with Banco Inter via API is in development. The platform's own receivables view (what was charged and settled by the gateway) is already complete; matching against external bank statements is what we're still expanding.
How do I identify overdue members?
The overdue dashboard lists every plan with late payment or declined charge, with date and amount. You can filter by unit, period and status, and act straight from the CRM to re-engage the member.
